Nanostructured materials for PV and Optoelectronics

Research within the "Nanostructured Materials for PV Applications" Group starts with the synthesis of materials at ~ 200 °C using plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition. Our studies cover plasma processes, materials characterization, in-situ studies for material and interface optimization, and finally the combination of these materials to produce electronic devices: solar cells, thin film transistors, detectors, electroluminescent diodes, and others.
